The ASI 046921-9 by American Specialties is a Surface Mounted Roll Paper Towel Dispenser and Disposal that holds and dispenses one 8" or 9" wide standard towel roll up to 800 feet long and one stub roll up to 4′′ diameter and has a waste capacity of 13.3 gallons. Unit frame, waste container and cabinet is fabricated of alloy 18-8 stainless steel, type 304, No. 22 gauge; towel dispenser door is same grade No.18 gauge; unit back plate for mechanism is fabricated of No.18 gauge; all exposed surfaces are No. 4 satin finish protected by a plastic PVC film easily removed after installation. Towel dispensing slot is smooth and burr-free for snag-free dispensing and user safety. Door is attached to cabinet at side with a full length 3/16" diameter stainless steel multi-staked piano hinge and is held closed with a tumbler lock keyed alike to other ASI Washroom Equipment. Waste container has hemmed edges for safety and is retained by a tumbler lock keyed alike to other ASI Washroom Equipment. Face trim is 1" wide formed from one piece with no mitres, welding or open seams and has 1/4" square return to surrounding surface mounted collar. Structural assembly of all components are of welded construction. Cabinet has no exposed fastening devices or spot welded seams. Unit is with SM collar to convert to surface mounting.
