American Specialties ASI 0004 Ash Receptacle, Recessd

The ASI 0004 by American Specialties is a Recessed Ash Receptacle unit with removable container that is fabricated of alloy 18-8 stainless steel, type 304, No. 22 gauge. All exposed surfaces are No.4 satin finish and are protected during shipment with a PVC film easily removable after installation. Ash trough has a push-down trigger for depositing ashes and blade is mounted on a spring loaded stainless steel piano hinge. Service door is attached to cabinet with a stainless steel piano hinge and is held closed with a tumbler lock keyed alike to other ASI Washroom Equipment. Face trim is 1 inch wide formed from one piece with no mitres, welding or open seams and has 1/4 inch square return to wall. Structural assembly of all components are of welded construction. • Unit is mounted in wall recess or partition using Number 10 self tapping screws (by others) through concealed mounting holes provided.
• Rough Wall Opening: 2-1/2" Wide x 10-1/4" High x 3-1/8" Minimum Depth. Note that RWO is 3/4" below top of frame trim.

• Ashes are deposited in waste container by activating push-down release on ash-trough.
• Waste container is emptied manually on cycle determined by maintenance needs.
